My journey with ES has finally come to an end.
I have been with ES for a little over 9 years and ES has contributed to my professional growth in many ways. Sandra Lee, the president of ES, is one of the best mentors in my professional journey. She has taught me not only the importance of the Asian American market but also every aspect of the agency world. The professionalism and dedication that she has shown me has inspired me to become a better person on my career journey as well.
While at ES I’ve met many different, passionate advertising people who have dedicated endless hours of work to educate, demonstrate and advocate the importance of the Asian market to marketers. I myself have spend many hours working the production timelines, researching the data, combing through all the legal, brainstorming ideas, identifying the most effective media vehicles, going to shows, negotiating rates and studying the latest trends just to make sure Asians are not under represented. These are the some of the most valuable things that I’ve taken from ES and the knowledge that I’ve gain can never be replaced.
Again, thank you ES for being a part of my professional journey and, for all the remaining Esters, keep up the awesome work!
